All March and April Concerts Canceled

In the interest of public safety we are temporarily closing the doors at the Jazz Series office. We'll still be in the office to answer phones and respond to emails, but please stay home and we'll help you with donations/refunds remotely. Thank you.

It is with heavy hearts but clear heads that we announce the cancellation of ALL of our March & April concerts. Patrons', supporters' and ticket-buyers' heath and safety - along with the many wonderful musicians we work with closely - come first.

We wouldn't be celebrating our Silver Anniversary Season - and the pure joy of presenting and offering 25 years of world-class Jazz in Mid-Missouri - without YOUR participation. Please know we appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time of uncharted waters.

OUR ONGOING COMMITMENT TO YOU: 

We are working with the many musicians involved in an attempt to reschedule performances and related events. Given artists complicated schedules, their other obligations already in place - and the uncertainty and fluidity of the situation - rescheduled events may not take place until sometime during the upcoming 2020/2021 season.   We will notify YOU - our patrons - as developments unfold. Thank you. 

TICKET OPTIONS:
WE ARE PLEASED TO MAKE AVAILABLE THE FOLLOWING
TICKET OPTIONS:

 1.) DONATE the value of your unused tickets to the Jazz Series.
While we won't have to pay artist fees, we have already incurred a measurable percentage of the overall cost of each performance including, but not limited to: travel, advertising, marketing and promotions. Cumulatively, theses non-recoupable expenses total in the
thousands of dollars, representing funds that can no longer beoffset by future ticket sales.

2.) REQUEST a refund of up to the face value of your tickets.
 In order to receive a refund, please present tickets in person and/or take a picture of your tickets and email it to the Jazz Series. 

3.) You may APPLY the face value of your unused tickets toward the purchase of a 2020/2021 Season Ticket.*
PLEASE REVIEW: The Jazz Series can only assign the value of your unused tickets toward complete 2020/2021 season tickets -
not toward "Packages" (i.e. "Murry's" or "Sampler") or an individual concert or select concerts. To receive credit toward the 2020/2021 season you must present your unused tickets at the time of purchase.

Please respond by 5/31/20. Given our smaller staff - and the volume of anticipated requests in combination with addressing other related ongoing tasks at hand -we ask you to please be patient. We will respond as quickly as we can.
